Development Squad
Our Rotate Gymnastics development squad is for children at an advanced level, and is by trial or invitation.
In this class gymnasts perform to a higher level of skills on the equipment and work on more advanced conditioning and flexibility work.
Sessions are designed to improve flexibility, strength and co-ordination which will allow them to develop and perform the more complex skills in gymnastics.
The squad are invited to competitions and displays throughout the year.
